The Art Brut Biennale 2026 is in full preparation. For this edition, a selection of artists has been invited to participate. In addition to Dutch artists, we can once again count on a large international presence, with work from countries including Japan, Iran, the Scandinavian countries, Germany, France, Spain, Hungary, Belgium, and Switzerland.
Given the large number of submissions and the selection made, submissions will close at the end of this year. Applications received after December 31, 2025, will not automatically be carried over to the 2028 Biennale. It is recommended to submit a submission a year in advance of the Biennale for a possible grant to participate.
